The city has all but come to a halt. Windows are boarded up, the streets are empty and talk of rioting and protests fill the air. It´s the two-day national strike, where the people unite and demand a better life. Yesterday was eerily peaceful, but today thousands are filling the streets to march–and sadly, I´m here sitting at work on my lunch break, dying to be out there with my camera.
