I went to Paris, Moscow and London for work last November. It was incredible, exhausting and very educational. Apart from work, I also got to see a little bit along the way, fortunate enough to have at least one free day in each city. And rather than rest, I took to the streets, never having been prior to any of the three cities.
Paris was mostly grey and rainy, Moscow was very cold and London was spent under an umbrella. There was both a day in Paris and in London where my feet were so cold and wet from trudging around in the pouring rain that my adventurous spirit deflated in defeat and found comfort in central heat. In fact, due to weather and my poor shoulders, my camera didn´t even get to meet London and the iPhone trumped.
I very much loved Paris. I nearly fell twice and had a sore neck from trying to see everything all at once, in awe of the architecture, the people, the culture.
Paris is a place where I must return to as a tourist.
I must go back!
