I would have loved to get down in the river, look up at the falls rather than on and over. But it’s a national park and there are rules, so that is why you’ll only see a left-side perspective.
Much of the falls take on an amber hue, caused by tannic acid from fallen foliage. The sound of the cascading water is powerful.
Waterfalls are always the perfect place to play with shutter speed and exposure. Smooth, glazed water, or sharp, frozen droplets.
It’s a very beautiful place.
