So there’s this really cool chick I know who makes great clothes and who let me photograph her wearing those great clothes a while back. And that’s what this phlog is about: Abi Wilkinson and her great clothes.
We first met back in 2009 in Santiago, when we were both providing our talents for free, she as a writer and me as a photographer. At the time, she was making these great batik-style bags.
And over the years, I watched her grow as a craftswoman. I mean, are you seeing that skirt above?! It’s nothing short of fabulous!
Fortunately for her and unfortunately for me, Abi’s moved on to new adventures, now living in Buenos Aires and getting ready to take a clothing and textile design course at Argentina’s School of Fashion.
